Nija keeps the household's financial life honest and transparent — tracking shared expenses, calculating annual rent, and making sure everyone understands where the money goes. When something breaks (and in a historic home, something always breaks), Nija is the one who gets it fixed.
Rob is the connective tissue of our community. As our meeting facilitator, Rob ensures every voice is heard and decisions actually land. A devoted music lover, Rob also organizes many of the concerts and live music events we attend together — and has excellent taste.
